Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moss Apparel & Fine Art. Many of our products are printed or produced to order, so please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing & Production

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most orders require approximately 4 business days for printing and production before they are ready to ship.

Production times are estimates and may vary slightly during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment.

Please allow approximately:

• Production: 4 business days
• Shipping: 7–10 business days
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 11–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Orders of $60 or more: Free shipping
• Orders under $60: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your delivery.

Please note that tracking information may take a short period of time to update after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like products shipped to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
